• Enterprise agile coach for the Infotainment tribe, assisting the leadership team to increase the added value to the customer and optimize the organization structure by benefiting from adopting agile ways of working. (Vodafone, 2019)

• Coached the leadership team (consisting of Head of Technology, Head of Commercial, Principal Managers and Commercial Managers) to create its strategy for the agile transformation by setting up OKR and set its strategic goals in a way that they would correlate with QBR and project deliverables, and would provide more focus whilst implementing changes. • Promoted the agile transformation and adoption of the Spotify model, coaching and mentoring 5 teams (squads). (ING, 2018)

• Created end to end autonomous feature teams that shared a common product backlog, and produced product increments in each sprint. (ING, 2018)
