We focused on delivering a Standardised service via an improved Release process which reduced duplication of effort and time spent across the team. The resulting solution saw the majority of the work automated.

ABN provided hands on experience and related benefits including the provision of a Scrum Master who delivered hands on experience and training and enabled effective knowledge transfer
